Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified.

All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

As the recipient of the shipment, you are responsible for all Import Fees including duties and taxes that may be levied by the destination country and you agree to pay these directly to the courier.
Return Policy

Only articles purchased through this website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned in its original packaging and condition within 15 days, accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Please include in your package a copy of your original receipt and a brief note of explanation describing the reason for the return or if you would like to exchange your item for a different item, along with your current home address and telephone number. If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Moana Jewels will request that the credit card company issue a refund to your account for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.

Moana Jewels will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

All payments must be made in advance before we can dispatch your order to you.

Credit and/or Debit cards will be charged before we dispatch your order, at which point we will send you a written notification of shipment.

If you choose to make a payment via bank transfer, your order will not be processed until we have received the payment in full and we confirm receipt of payment by email. If you do not make payment to us within 7 days, your order will be cancelled.
